Jessica focuses on employment-based immigration for businesses and academic institutions, preparing H-1B, TN, E-3, E-2, L-1, O-1, PERM, and other non-immigrant petitions. She also assists with preparing family-based filings. She has extensive knowledge regarding F-1 students and J-1 Exchange Visitors and over 7 years of experience working directly with applicants to achieve immigration status. She has presented on academic related immigration issues at professional conferences and has also served as a Designated School Official (DSO) and an Alternative Responsible Officer (ARO) with authorization to access the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Student & Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs, and prior to her work as a Case Manager was an Immigration Specialist at the University of Pittsburgh where she processed complex immigration applications and petitions for international students, faculty, staff, and other international visitors.
